If your L-Fixer product is not suitable for you, we will accept it within 14 days of purchase and will refund the full amount paid.

Refund conditions:
– Return the item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
– The return item must be in the original packaging, with all its accessories (instructions, vials, glue mixing pad).
– The customer is responsible for the costs of transportation (return) of the goods.
– The money will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the customer if the item has been paid through one of the payment platforms of this online store. The bank transfer will be refunded within 15 calendar days after the goods are returned.
